Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions (Guardian cloud & related)
- You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing date through your account settings or by emailing support@procyonpet.com.
- After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- We do not prorate partial months except where required by law.
Physical products (pet tags)
- Defective or misprinted tags: contact us within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund of the product price.
- Change-of-mind returns: if offered, must be unused and returned within 14 days; shipping costs may not be refundable.
Refund requests
Email support@procyonpet.com with your account email, order date, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Free features
Emergency search and local-only pet profiles remain free. No refund applies to free tiers.
